两种方法对老年截石位手术患者的护理干预作用

Two methods for old lithotomy position operation patient's nursing intervention

目的探讨被动运动和弹力绷带法对老年截石位手术患者血流动力学的影响。方法将60例老年截石位手术患者随机分为对照组30例(弹力绷带法),观察组30例(被动运动法),对照两组患者手术结束后放平双下肢时的心率(P)、末梢血氧浓度(SpO2)、平均动脉压(MAP)水平变化,及两组患者手术后及呼吸、循环系统、其他并发症发生率。结果两组患者手术结束后放平双下肢时的心率(P)、末梢血氧浓度(SpO2)、平均动脉压(MAP)水平变化比较(t=5.21、5.66、6.12,P<0.05,具有显著性差异);两组呼吸、循环系统、其他并发症发生率比较(χ2=5.44、5.21、5.33,P<0.05,具有显著性差异)。结论老年截石位手术患者中实施下肢被动运动,具有平稳血流动力学,保证患者围手术期安全意义。

Objective To investigate the effect of passive movement and elastic bandage method for old lithotomy position operation of hemodynamics in patients with.Methods 30 cases of the control group of 60 cases of senile lithotomy position operation were randomly divided（elastic bandage method）,30 cases in observation group（passive exercise method）,the control end of the two group of patients after operation flat lower limb of the heart rate（P）,peripheral oxygen saturation（SpO2）,mean arterial pressure（MAP） levels,and the incidence of two groups of patients after operation and the respiratory,circulatory system,other complications.Results Two groups of patients after the operation ended flat lower limb of the heart rate（P）,peripheral oxygen saturation（SPO2）,mean arterial pressure（MAP） levels changes（t=5.21、5.66、6.12,P0.05,with significant difference between two groups）;respiratory,circulatory system,other complication rate（χ2=5.44、5.21、5.33,P0.05,with significant difference）.Implementation of the lower limb passive movement.Conclusion Elderly lithotomy position operation patients,with stable hemodynamics,ensure operation safety significance in the patients with stage.
