摘要
对安徽省150份野生狗牙根10个外部形态特征进行测量,结果表明:狗牙根外部形态特征存在很大变异,其变异系数为匍匐枝叶长(36.004%)>直立枝高(35.827%)>直立枝节间长(35.087%)>直立枝叶长(34.288%)>直立枝节间直径(27.760%)>草层高度(26.962%)>匍匐枝节间直径(22.256%)>匍匐枝叶宽(19.280%)>直立枝叶宽(17.779%)。狗牙根营养器官间存在着显著相关性,表现为植株越高,叶片越长、越宽,节间越长,茎越粗;反之,株高越矮,叶片越短、越窄,节间越短,茎越细。主成分分析表明,对野生狗牙根外部营养形态特征进行区分时可以首先考虑植株长度和宽度。通过聚类分析可将150份狗牙根分为五大类,分别为高大长叶型、粗高型、中间型、中细型和矮细型。
Ten morphological characteristics of 150 bermudagrass accessions originated from five re- gions in Anhui province were observed and analyzed to explore their diversity and to screen elite turfgrass germplasms for breeding. The results showed that. (1)There were abundant morphological variation a- mong wild bermudagrass accessions. The variation coefficients ranked as follows, stolon leaf length (36. 004%)〉 height of the erect shoot (35. 827%)〉internode length of the erect shoot(35. 087%)〉 leaf length of the erect shoot(34. 288%)〉internode diameter of the erect shoot(27. 760%〉 height of leaf lay- er (26. 962%)〉stolon internode diameter(22. 256〉)〉stolon leaf width(19. 280%)〉 leaf width of the e- rect shoot(17. 779%). (2)There were significant correlations among some of morphological characters of wild bermudagrass accessions in Anhui. The plant height was positively correlated with leaf length, leaf width, internode length, etc. ; (3)the result of Principal Component Analysis(PCA) indicated that plant organ's height and width should be first considered in identifying wild bermudagrass external vegetative morphological characteristics; (4)based on 10 morphological characteristics, accessions were clustered into five morphological types, i.e. tall &long-leaf type, coarse-high type, intermediate type, fine-middle type, dwarf-fine type.
