高寒嵩草草甸植物群落生态化学计量特征研究 被引量:10

摘要 N、P是组成有机体的重要元素,以青藏高原玛沁县典型嵩草草甸为研究对象,测定了植物全氮、全磷和土壤有机质、全氮、全磷和全钾,分析了植物N/P、土壤C/N、N/P、C/P等化学计量特征。结果表明:玛沁嵩草草甸植物全氮质量分数范围为17.23g/kg~32.83g/kg,平均值为20.94g/kg;植物全磷质量分数在4.11g/kg~10.32g/kg,平均值为6.09g/kg;N/P在2.18~5.62,平均值为3.56。土壤有机质质量分数为102.60g/kg,全氮为5.68g/kg,全磷为2.26g/kg,C/N为18.69,C/P为48.03,N/P为2.7。以上结果表明,玛沁嵩草草甸植物主要受N的限制,土壤养分较全国平均水平高。 N and P were important elements to life. Total nitrogen and phosphorus in plants, soil or- ganic matter, total nitrogen phosphorus and potassium in soil were measured for analyzing N/P, C/N and C/P ecological stoichiometry of Kobresia meadow in Maqin. The results showed that total nitrogen mass fraction in plants ranged from 17.23g/kg to 32.83g/kg, total phosphorus ranged from 4. llg/kg to 10.32g/kg, N/P ranged from 2.18 g/kg to 5.62 g/kg. Average total nitrogen, phosphorus and N/P in plants were 20.94g/kg, 6.09g/kg and 3.56 respectively. Mass fraction of soil organic matter, total nitrogen and total phosphorus were 102.60g/kg, 5.68 g/kg, 2.26g/kg respectively, C/N, C/P and N/P were 18.69, 480.3, 2.7 respectively. The results suggested that soil nutrients were higher than national level, plant growth was limited by N in Maqin Kobresia meadow.
