摘要
文章采用电化学阻抗谱测试、扫描电镜观察、微区能谱分析等试验手段对316不锈钢在添加Na2MoO4海水中的成膜行为进行了研究。结果表明:初步优化316不锈钢成膜环境条件为:pH值7,温度40℃,时间72 h,Na2MoO4添加浓度10 mg/L。在这个条件下,316不锈钢表面能够形成一层均匀的颗粒状氧化膜,有效的保护金属表面,抑制点蚀的发生。
In this paper,film-forming behavior of 316 stainless steel in seawater containing Na2MoO4 were studied by using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy test,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum micro analysis.The results showed that the optimum conditions were 7 of pH,40 ℃ of temperature,72 h of time.In this condition,316 stainless steel surface formed a layer of granular film to protect metal and inhibit pitting corrosion.
