目的探讨提高直肠肛管损伤的诊治水平。方法：回顾性总结1980年～1999年我院直肠肛等损伤17例，采用清创、修补、粪便转流、骶前引流、直肠冲洗以及抗感染和全身支持治疗等方法。结果：本组病人全部治愈。结论：正确的早期诊断和有效的早期治疗是提高直肠肛管损伤疗效的关键。
