HeLa细胞中可溶性MHCⅠ产生于晚期内体 被引量：1

摘要 可溶性主要组织相容性复合体I （ soluble major histocom-patibility complex class I , sMHC I ）,近年来逐渐成为研究热点。该类分子II司造血系统恶性肿瘤疾病相关…，在患者的m清中，其水平显著升高。柜功能E，sMHCI可通过诱导凋亡的方式清除抗肿瘤细胞，具有免疫逃逸分子功能，然而其产生机制还不清楚。
