第四脑室菊形团形成型胶质神经元肿瘤1例 被引量：3

摘要 1病例简介 患者男,22岁,因＂头痛头晕、视物有重影、恶心呕吐10d＂入院。体格检查：意识清楚,语言流利,肢体活动正常,肌张力Ⅴ级,无感觉障碍,病理征阴性。MRI示小脑蚓部囊实性肿块,呈长T1长T2混杂信号,FLAIR为混杂信号,大小约3.8cm×3.7cm×4.2cm,增强扫描后不均匀强化（图1A～D）。
