摘要
1例初诊的中枢神经系统炎性假瘤(IP-CNS)患者,突发右侧肢体无力伴言语不清起病,早期诊断不明确,治疗效果差,后行脑组织活检+病理提示胶质细胞反应性增生、淋巴细胞及浆细胞等炎性浸润。予以糖皮质激素冲击治疗后患者症状明显改善,3个月后复查头颅MRI,病灶明显缩小,周边水肿较前减轻。提示糖皮质激素等内科方案可能为IP-CNS的治疗提供一个新思路,但需结合病因学及病理检查。
To investigate the pathological mechanisms and treatment of inflaminatory pseudotumor of the central nervous system（IP-CNS）. One case with IP-CNS patient was initially diagnosed with sudden right limb weakness with acute onset of slurred speech. Early diagnosis can not be defined. Brain biopsy and pathology indicated reactive proliferation of gfial cells, lymphocytes and plasma cells infiltration. Symptoms improved after steroid pulse therapy. Three months latter the review of MRI lesions was significantly ameliorated and peripheral edema alleviated. The treatment of IP-CNS should be used combined with the etiology and pathological examination.
