摘要
目前,药物是治疗心血管疾病的主要手段。任何药物用于临床都必须兼顾其有效性及安全性。近年来,部分心血管药物如血管紧张素Ⅱ1型受体阻滞剂、他汀类、依折麦布、利尿剂、普拉格雷及其他心血管药物的肿瘤风险受到关注,本文综述其研究进展。
At present,drugs are the primary means for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Any drug for clinical use must be taken into account their effectiveness and safety.The cancer risk of cardiovascular drugs are concerned in recently,such as angiotensinⅡreceptor blockers,statins,Ezetimibe,Prasugrel and so on.This review will introduce the relationship between cardiovascular drugs and cancer risk.
