EGFR抑制剂调节DNA双链断裂修复对放射敏感度影响的研究进展

摘要 0引言 肿瘤放射治疗过程中DNA损伤具有多样性,包括碱基和核苷酸水平的损伤以及DNA链断裂等。其中DNA双链断裂(double-strand breaks,DSBs)是最常见的损伤,DSBs的修复是一个很复杂的过程,通过以下两条途径进行修复:非同源末端连接(nonhomologous end-joining,NHEJ)和同源重组修复(homologous recombination,HR)。
