摘要
目的比较广西巴马地区不同人群载脂蛋白(Apo)CⅢmRNA基因的表达水平是否有差异,探讨广西巴马长寿人群与ApoCⅢ基因可能存在的关系。方法采用实时荧光定量RT-PCR方法检测43人长寿老人与78人对照人群的ApoCⅢmRNA基因的表达水平。结果长寿组与对照1组、对照2组ApoCⅢmRNA表达水平有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照1组与对照2组间ApoCⅢmRNA表达水平无显著性差异(P>0.05),长寿组与对照2组ApoCⅢmRNA表达水平无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论广西巴马长寿地区人群ApoCⅢmRNA表达水平明显高于非长寿地区人群,提示广西巴马长寿现象可能与ApoCⅢmRNA表达水平较高有一定的关系。
Objective To examine differences in apolipoprotein C （ApoC）- Ⅲ mRNA expression of peripheral blood of leukocytes a- mong persons living in Bama county and study the relationship between the longevity and ApoC-Ⅲ gene. Methods ApoC Ⅲ mRNA gene ex- pression level was examined by the real-time fluorescence quantitative RT-polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR）. 43 longevity individuals were divided into a longevity group and 78 individuals were divided into other control group. Results The ApoC Ⅲ mRNA gene expression level of the longevity group was significantly higher than that of control group 1 and 2 （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no significant difference between control group 1 and 2 （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusions The ApoC Ⅲ mRNA gene expression level in longevity group is higher than that of other control group, which suggests that the longevity phenomenon in Bama county of Guangxi might be associated with higher ApoC Ⅲ mRNA gene expression level.
