ARV药物致血液毒性反应中老年艾滋病患者临床特点

Clinical characteristics of blood toxic effects caused by ARV drugs among middle and elder patients with HIV/AIDS

目的探讨ARV药物致血液毒性反应老年艾滋病患者临床症状体征特点。方法采用回顾性队列研究,比较分析年龄≥50岁中老年组患者和18～39岁青年组患者临床特征。结果共纳入分析病例116例。两组患者基本信息及血细胞分级分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组生存质量得分低于常模组(P<0.05);中老年组患者生活质量总体低于青年组患者,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);症状发生率超过40%者有疲乏、头晕及心慌。青年组腰膝无力发生率高于老年组外,其他症状发生率组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 ARV药物致血液毒性反应中老年艾滋病患者与青年组艾滋病患者临床特征有一定差异性。

Objective To study clinical characteristics of blood toxic effects caused by ARV drugs among middle elder patients with HIV/AIDS. Methods A retrosPective cohort study was carried out to explore the clinical features between patients aged ≥ 50 middle and elderly group and 18 to 39 years old young patients with blood toxic effects caused by ARV drugs. Results 116 patients were included, there were no statistically significant differences in general information and the classification of blood cells between two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The scores of quality of life of two groups were lower than those of the normal model （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The scores of quality of life of middle and eider groups was lower than that of the young patients, but there was no statistically difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Incidence rate of symptoms, such as fatigue, dizziness and palpitation, were more than 40%, and only the incidence rate of waist and knee weakness in middle and elders was higher than that of the young one, there was no statistically significant difference between the others （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusions There are the special clinical characteristics of blood toxic effects caused by ARV drugs among middle and elder patients with HIV/AIDS.
