摘要
目的 探讨眼挫伤患者视功能损害与视网膜中央动脉血流动力学变化的关系。方法 应用彩色多普勒血流显像技术 ,对 76例 (10 2眼 )眼挫伤致视功能异常的患者进行视网膜中央动脉 (CRA)血流参数进行检测 ,测定收缩期峰值速度 (PSV )、舒张末期血流速度 (EDV)及阻力指数 (RI) ,并根据其视功能受损程度分为轻、重二组进行研究。结果 重度视功能损害组的 PSV、EDV均低于轻度视功能损害组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而 RI则高于轻度视功能损害组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 不同程度视功能损害的眼挫伤患者存在不同程度的 CRA血流动力学改变 ,彩色多普勒血流显像技术可对眼挫伤后的视功能受损状况作出客观评价。
Objective To evaluate the relation between mpairment of visual function and hemodymics change of central retinal artery (CRA) in the patients with ocular contusion.Methods For 102 eyes (76 cases) with abnormal visual function after ocular contusion,the peak syatolic velocity (PSV),the end diastolic velocity (EDV) and resistance index(RI) of CRA were measured by color Doppler imaging.They were studied and divided into serious damage group and slight damage group according to their injury degrees of visual function.Results Compared with the slight group,the serious group showed a decrease in PSV and EVD(P<0 05),and an increase in RI(P<0 05)of CRA.Conclusion The hemodymics change of CRA in contusive eyes with serious damage of visual function were different from those with slight damage of visual function.The color Doppler imaging can provide the objective evaluate information about visual function after ocular contusion.
