青少年视网膜脱离54例临床分析

A clinical study of 54 cases of juvenile retinal detachment

目的 分析青少年视网膜脱离的原因 ,发病率及探讨最佳治疗方法。方法 对 5 4例青少年视网膜脱离病例的病因、屈光状态、裂孔情况、玻璃体膜分级、选择手术方法、手术疗效、预后作综合分析。结果 近视和外伤是青少年视网膜脱离最常见的病因 ,对玻璃体膜 ～ A级膜可选择环扎加压术 , 级膜选择环扎 +玻璃体切割 +眼内填充手术 ,手术成功率为 95 %。结论 强调青少年增强自我保护意识 ,双眼检测 ,尽早手术治疗 ,术前仔细检查 ,选择合适的手术方式 ,术后定期随访。

Objective To analyse the cause and incidence of Juvenile retinal detachment(RD) and to investigate the best treatment.Methods To synthetically analyse the cause,refraction change,retinal tears,vitreous membrane grade,surgical procedure,effects and prognosis of 54 cases.Results Myopia and trauma were the common causes.We choised scleral circling and buckling for Ⅰ～Ⅲ A grades and scleral circling,vitrectomy combined with gas tamponade for Ⅲ grade,the rate of success are 95%.Conclusion It is essential to improve juvenile self-protective consciousness,to choice the best surgical method and operate early after examing preoperatively and to follow up regularly after operation.
