目的 探讨环形撕囊大小对后囊混浊的影响。方法 根据环形撕囊的直径大小分成二组 ,一组环形撕囊直径 >5 .5 mm,另一组环形撕囊直径≤ 5 .5 mm,对他们晶体后囊进行术后三年的随访。结果 发现 >5 .5 mm的出现后囊混浊的机率高于≤ 5 .5 mm的另一组患者 ,有显著差异性。结论 理想的撕囊大小应使截囊边缘越过人工晶体视部边缘 0 .5 m

Objective To research the size of the running circinate capsuloriexis influnce to the capsular opacitis.Methods According to the diameter of the running circinate capsuloriexis it cound be devided in two type,one of which is bigger than 5.5mm in diameter and the another is equal or smaller than 5.5mm.Results through three years observation,it could be found that the opportunity of posterior capsular opacity in the diameter 5.5mm is bigger than the another type.The disparation is marked.Conclusion The ideal size of capsuloriexis is the capsuloriexis margin larger than the iol margin 0.5mm.
