早期手术治疗晶体全脱位伴继发性青光眼

Early surgical management for lens dislocation with secandany glaucoma

目的 探讨早期手术治疗对晶体全脱位伴继发性青光眼的作用。方法 在确诊早期即对患眼行手术治疗 ,取出脱位晶体 ,降低眼压。结果 18例中有 17例术后眼压控制良好 ,15例视力得到提高。结论 早期手术治疗可改善晶体全脱位伴继发性青光眼的预后。

r Objective To investigate the use of early surgical management for the lens dislocation with secandany glaucoma.Method 18 eyes with lens disloation and secandany glaucoma were early surgically manaded by lensectomy,vitreetomy and trebacu lectomy.Result 17 eyes got normal IOP,and 15 eyes had higher visual acuty,after Surgery.Conclusion For the lens dislocation with secandany glaucoma,a favorable prognosis could be obteined by early surgical management.
