睫状体脱离直接缝合复位手术的疗效分析

目的 观察睫状体脱离直接缝合复位术治疗挫伤性睫状体脱离的效果。方法 应用显微手术将已脱离的睫状体直接缝合复位并使之愈着于巩膜突之前或之后 ,且不能有遗漏区域。结果 术前的诊断及各项检查和手术中的各种人为因素 ,均可使此手术失败或一次性手术失败。结论 分析掌握该手术种种失败原因后 ,并加以避免 ,即可使手术获得一次性成功。

Objective Evaluate primary suture for ciliary body detachment,which is the widely ouepted treatment for this disease.Methods Suture the detached ciliary bodies,under microscopy in order to make them replaced anterior or posterior to the scleral.Result Diagnosis,examination before opevation and many other facts in the operation can all lead to failure.Conclusion After lenowing the reasons which lead to failure of the operation,we ought to avoid those veasons and make the operation suceed at the first time.
