错患者CO-CR位前牙咬合关系变化的研究

Clinical Research on CO-CR Discrepancy of Anterior Occluding Relation in Malocclusion Patients

选取78名错畸形患者为受试对象。采用双手技术获取正中关系位,并用AD2架记录患者正中位和正中关系位时咬合关系,分别测量所有患者前牙区的覆、覆盖。CO位及CR位前牙覆、覆盖的均值具有显著性差异,覆变化量与覆盖变化量呈负相关。因此,正畸治疗前必须明确患者下颌处于CR时的咬合情况,发现与下颌位置之间的不协调,了解患者的生长型,明确诊断,以实现正畸治疗后获得理想的功能。

Objective： To study the CO-CR discrepancy of anterior occluding relation in malocclusion patients. Methods： 78 malocclusion patients were selected as the object. CR was acquired using two-hand technique. AD2 articulator was used to record the CO and CR occlusion and the anterior overbite and ovejet was measured subsequently. Results： There are statistical differences in the mean of overbite and overjet between CO and CR. The discrepancy of overbite and overjet showed a great negative correlation. Conclusion： The occlusion in CR position should be analyzed before treatment to reveal the disharmony between occlusion and jaw position, which help finding out the growth pattern of patients.
