慢性乙型肝炎患者载脂蛋白A1、B、E的血清水平研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨慢性乙型肝炎患者载脂蛋白A1、B、E的表达水平及其影响因素。方法收集44例健康献血员以及122例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者血清,检测载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、载脂蛋白E(ApoE)及其他实验室指标,对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果慢性乙型肝炎患者ApoA1、B均低于正常对照组;而ApoE显著高于正常对照组(P均<0.05)。随着疾病的加重,ApoA1含量逐渐降低;而ApoE含量逐渐升高。随着HBV-DNA载量的升高,ApoA1含量逐渐升高,而ApoB、ApoE含量逐渐降低。相关分析显示:ApoA1与TBA、TBil呈负相关;ApoB、ApoE与TBA、TBil呈正相关。结论慢性乙型肝炎患者载脂蛋白水平可能受肝脏合成功能、淤胆因素以及HBV本身等多种因素的影响。 Objective To study the expression levels and its influencing factors of Apolipoprotein(Apo) A1 ,B and E in patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB). Methods Serum ApoA1, ApoB, ApoE and other liver function indicators were measured in patients with CHB and healthy individuals, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results The serum ApoA1 and ApoB levels were lower in patients with CHB as compared to healthy individuals,but the ApoE level was much higher than that of healthy individuals( all P 〈 0.05 ). With the disease progression, the serum ApoA1 levels gradually decreased and the serum ApoB and ApoE levels gradually increased. With the rise in HBV load,the serum ApoA1 levels gradually increased and the serum ApoB and ApoE levels gradually decreased. The result of Spearman correlation showed that the ApoA1 level was negatively related to TBA and TBil,and the ApoB and ApoE level were positively related to TBA and TBil. Conclusion The expression of serum apolipoprotein is associated with hepatic synthetic function, intrahepatic cholestasis, HBV - DNA and so on.
