原发性结肠绒毛膜上皮癌一例

摘要患者男，36岁，2012年2月13日行阑尾炎手术时，术中发现升结肠占位性病变，未予处理？于当地医院行CT检查，示升结肠肠壁增厚．见内侧肿块及肝脏多发占位性病变。2012年2月27日于我院行右半结肠切除＋肝有叶肿瘤切除术，术后化疗2个周期？
