胃癌组织中RhoC和TERT的表达及其临床意义

Expression and correlation of RhoC and TERT protein in human gastric carcinoma

目的探讨RhoC和TERT蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达以及在胃癌发生发展过程中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测105例胃癌组织中RhoC和TERT蛋白的表达。结果 RhoC和TERT蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达与肿瘤浸润深度、组织类型、临床分期及淋巴结转移有明显相关性;RhoC和TERT蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达呈正相关。结论 RhoC和TERT蛋白在胃癌的发生发展过程中可能具有一定的协同作用。

Objective To investigate the expression of RhoC and TERT protein in human gastric carcinoma and their effects on the growth of gastric carcinoma. Method The expression of RhoC and TERT protein in paraffin-embedded gastric carcinoma was examined by immunohistochemical staining method. Results Samples from 105 cases of gastric carcinoma were examined. The expression rate of RhoC and TERT protein was associated with invasion depth, histological type, clinical stage and lymph node metastases （P〈0.01）. The expression of RhoC was significant correlated with TERT （P〈0.01）. Conclusion RhoC and TERT may have a synergistic action in the progression of gastric carcinoma.
