肺保护性通气实施中需重视的一些问题 被引量：2

摘要 机械通气可改善气体交换，但也可导致呼吸机相关性肺损伤（VILI）和循环功能抑制，因此应强调保护性肺通气。急性肺损伤／急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ALI／ARDS）是病死率非常高的呼吸衰竭疾病，在机械通气治疗时也容易发生VILI，为此美国心肺血液研究所（NHLBI）组织了多中心前瞻性研究。
