前列腺癌的病理分期进展 被引量：6

摘要 前列腺癌是男性最常见的癌症之一，准确的分期共识对于前列腺癌的预后判断、治疗方式选择以及学术交流至关重要[1]。前列腺癌的TNM分期系统于1992年首次由美国癌症联合委员会（AJCC）和国际抗癌联合会（UICC）制定。经过反复修改，其对癌症预后判断的精确性有了大大的提升。在2002年版本基础上AJCC于2010年对前列腺癌的分期系统重新修改。本文就最新分期系统的现状及存在的争议作一综述。
