摘要
目的了解我国不同地区健康猪猪链球菌的检出率,评估猪链球菌感染风险。方法分别从不同地区采集正常屠宰猪或活体采集猪咽拭子,经选择性培养基增菌培养,用PCR的方法进行猪链球菌特异的16SrRNA、gapdh以及cps1j、cps2j、cps7h、cps9h、mrp、ef和sly的检测。结果共采集337份咽拭子标本。猪链球菌的检出率为93.8%(316/337)。316份阳性标本中,毒力基因mrp、ef、sly的检出率分别为29.4%,70.3%,83.9%,血清2型为优势血清型61.4%(194/316)。结论高致病性猪链球菌的检出率很高,可能的猪链球菌感染风险不容忽视。
This study aimed to obtain Streptococcus suis (S. suis) detection rate in healthy pigs and evaluate possibility of S. suis infection risk in China. A total of 337 throat swabs were collected from healthy pigs and enriched in selective culture me- dium. The S. suis specific 16S rRNA, gapdh, cpslj, cps2j, cpsTh, cps9h, mrp, efand sly genes were detected in DNA ex tracted from samples by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). showed that the detection rate of S. suis was the 93.8% (316/337). Within 316 positive samples, the detection rates of virulent genes were high and serotype 2 was the dominant serotype 61.4%(194/316). It's suggested that the detection rate of highly virulent S. suis in healthy pigs was high. The possibility of S. suis infection risk in China cannot be ignored.
