CO_2激光打孔抽吸冲洗联合红蓝光治疗重度痤疮疗效观察

摘要 目的:观察CO2激光打孔抽吸冲洗联合红蓝光治疗重度痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将107例重度痤疮患者随机分成三组:A组:36例,作囊肿CO2激光打孔及注射器抽吸冲洗,每2周1次,共1~2次。联合红蓝光贯序治疗每周2次,共8次;B组:33例,作囊肿注射器穿刺抽吸冲洗,每周1次,共1~4次。联合红蓝光贯序治疗每周2次,共8次;C组:38例,作囊肿CO2激光打孔并注射器抽吸冲洗治疗,每2周1次,共1~2次。结果:A、B、C三组总有效率分别为75.00%,54.55%,44.74%;治愈率分别为61.11%,24.24%,23.68%。A组的治愈率及总有效率均高于C组(P<0.05),A组的治愈率高于B组(P<0.05),A组和B组的总有效率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。3个月随访期内,三组总复发率分别为22%,33%及39%。结论:CO2激光打孔抽吸联合红蓝光治疗重度痤疮效果显著,复发率低,且没有明显副作用。 Objective To find out the clinic differences between three kinds of therapies in treating severe acne:CO2 laser,cyst-irrigation and blue-red light. Methods 107 severe acne patients were separated randomly into three groups.Three groups were treated respectively by CO2 laser combined with cyst-irrigation every two weeks ,a total of 1-2 times ,and sequential therapy of red and blue light for twice a week, a total of 8 times (Group A,n=36),cyst-irrigation combined every week, a total of 1 4 times combined with sequential therapy of blue-red light for twice a week a total of 8 times (Group B,n=33),CO2 laser combined with cyst-irrigation every two weeks, a total of 8 times (Group C,n=38). All groups used 4 weeks as a course of treatment. Results The efficiency of groups A,B,C were75%, 54.55% and 74.74%,and the cure rate of these groups were 61.11%,24.24%,23.68% the cure rate of group A was higher than that of group B and group C (P〈0.05). the effective rate of group A was higher than that of group C (P〈0.05).There was no significant different in effective rate between group A and B (P〉0.05). The total recurrence rate of the three groups were 22%,33% and 39% in three months. Conclusion The efficiency of Sucking and irrigating through hole by CO2 laser combined with blue-red Light in treating severe acne is remarkable,it can sharply ruduse nodule,abscess and cyst without severe adverse effects.as well as low recurrence rate.
