皮瓣修复受损手外伤软组织缺损的临床观察

Clinical observation of treatment damaged soft tissue defects of hand injuries with flaps

目的:分析皮瓣修复手术应用于受损手外伤软组织缺损的效果。方法:选取我院2011年10月～2012年10月收治的110例手外伤软组织缺损患者,给予皮瓣修复手术,分别给予交臂、鱼际、邻指皮瓣等皮肤缺损修复。结果:经过清创后,53例(47.5%)患者I期皮瓣修复,57例(52.5%)患者II期皮瓣修复,20例(14.8%)患者给予鱼际皮瓣修复,25例(20.4%)患者给予邻指皮瓣修复,50例(40.9%)患者给予髂腹股沟皮瓣修复。本组实验中,共成功修复109例,成功率99.2%。结论:针对手外伤软组织缺损患者,根据缺损状态,给予不同皮瓣修复,可获得良好的治疗效果,有利于手部功能修复。

Objective Clinical analysis of flap surgery is applied to the damaged soft tissue defects of the hand injury. Methods From October 2011 to October 2012 were treated 110 cases of soft tissue defects of the hand injury patients, given the flap surgery,were given the cross-arm,thenar,orefers to the flap and skin defects. Results After debridement, flap repair of 53 cases （47.5%） patients with Phase I,Phase II flap for reconstruction of the 57 cases （52.5%） patients, 20 cases （14.8%） were treated with the thenar flap repair,25 patients （20.4%） were treated with the finger flap repair,50 cases （40.9%） were treated with groin flap repair. The present set of experiments,the success of repair 109 cases, the success rate of 99.2%. Conclusion For patients with hand injuries soft tissue defects, according to the defect state, given different skin flap obtained good therapeutic effect, is conducive to functional recovery of the hand.
