小切口除眶脂后连续埋线法重睑术的临床应用

Clinical application of one tiny incision for double eyelid anaplasty with resecting orbital fat and embedding

目的:探索手术创伤小、术后恢复快、效果持久的独立小切口重睑术的临床效果。方法:对于上眼睑不需要切除松弛皮肤的受术者分别于双上眼睑内1/3处设计一个2mm小切口,切除眶隔脂肪后,行改良埋线法重睑术。结果:3年共行微创小切口重睑术128例,125例效果满意。结论:本术式操作简单、肿胀轻、术后恢复快、重睑线自然、流畅,效果持久。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of one tiny incision for double eyelid anaplasty which have a permanent effect with little wound and short swelling period. Methods For on paipebral don＇t need resection of the skin in the relaxation of eyelid ,to design one incision of 2mm on medial 1/3 area of upper eyelid, resected orbital fat and embedding were used for double eyelid plasty. Results From 2009N2012 we do one tiny incision of minimally invasive intraoperative128 cases double eyelid, 125patients satisfied. Conclusion This operation is simple with little wound , short swelling period, natural double eyelid and lasting effects.
