紫外线照射联合他克莫司外涂治疗白癜风的疗效观察

Wave ultraviolet irradiation combined therapy with tacrolimus outside with vitiligo clinical curative effect observation and analysis

目的:通过对紫外线联合药物治疗白癜风的临床疗效观察与分析,以期探讨一种更加合理、有效且可行的治疗方法。方法:选取105例白癜风患者且参考随机、对照方法将患者分为联合组(窄谱中波紫外线照射联合他克莫司外涂)、对照Ⅰ组(窄谱中波紫外线照射)、对照Ⅱ组(他克莫司外涂),每组35例,同时对三组患者临床疗效、随访结果和不良反应事件进行观察且对所记录的数据进行统计学处理。结果:联合组临床疗效显著且明显优于对照Ⅰ组、对照Ⅱ组,且平均起效时间也较对照Ⅰ组、对照Ⅱ组明显缩短,同时联合组能明显降低疾病复发率,另外三组患者均未发生严重不良反应。结论:紫外线照射联合他克莫司外涂在散发型、局限型、肢端型、节段型白癜风治疗中效果显著、是临床治疗的重要方法之一,值得临床推广应用。

Objective Through the ultraviolet ray of combination of drugs in the treatment of vitiligo clinical observation and analysis, in order to explore a more reasonable, effective and feasible treatment method. Methods 105 cases of vitiligo patients were selected and randomized, controlled method reference divided 105 patients with vitiligo in combined group （narrow spectrum uvb rays irradiation combined with tacrolimus coated）, controlled I group （narrow-spectrum uvb rays irradiation）, contrast II group （tacrolimus coated）, 35 cases in each group, as well as the three groups of patients with clinical treatment, follow-up results, and adverse events were observed and recorded the data for statistical processing and analysis. Results Joint clinical curative effect is remarkable, is obviously superior to contrasting I group, the comparison II group, and the average working time is I than control group, the comparison II group significantly reduced, at the same time the joint group can significantly reduce the disease recurrence, and three other groups of patients were not serious adverse events. Conclusion Ultraviolet irradiation combined with tacrolimus besmear outside in, limitations, acromegaly, segmental vitiligo treatment of effect is remarkable, this method is one of the important methods in clinical treatment, is worthy of popularization and application.
