摘要
目的调查昆明地区护理人员的营养KAP现状,分析他们KAP特点以及可能的形成原因,为今后护理人员进行KAP教育特别是针对性的教育提供参考.方法调查采用问卷方法,对昆明市3所三甲医院的护理人员共344名进行营养KAP调查.结果护理人员的营养知识平均分较低,同时他们对自己与患者当中的营养责任没有明确的认识,另外护理人员接受再教育机会少,医院给予再学习的机会也较少;护士人员的学历、职称、工资等不同可能决定着他们的营养知识水平,同时不同工作年龄、毕业后再培训对患者的营养知识水平的掌握起着一定的作用.结论护理人员营养知识的水平不仅关乎自己的身体健康,与患者病情的转归也密切联系.当前在昆明地区护理人员KAP的现状不理想,有必要加强护理人员营养知识教育,提高他们的KAP水平,从而促进患者疾病早日康复,也可以引导护士本身以及患者今后有一个健康的生活方式.
Objective To investigate the status of nutrition KAP in the nurses in the Kunming Area, and analyze the the current inadequacies and the reasons for the formation of KAP, provide a reference for nurses KAP education especially targeted education in the future. Method The survey questionnaire was used to investigate the current status of the nutrition KAP in 344 nurses in three Top Three Hospitals in Kunming. Results The average scores of nutritional knowledge in nurses were lower, at the same time the nurses did not have a clear understanding of nutrition responsibilities among themselves and patients, and nurses received less chance of re-education, the hospital also gave the opportunity to re-learning less.The level of their knowledge of nutrition was dependent on their academic background, title and wages, and was influenced by the different working age, the training after graduation. Conclusions Nurse nutrition knowledge level is not only about their own health, but also is in close contact with the patient's condition, the current status quo of nurses KAP is not ideal, strengthening the surgical nurse nutrition education can provide patients with a reasonable nutrition education and nutrition support, so as to promote the quick recovery of patients with the disease, and can also boot the nurses as well as the patients to form a healthy lifestyle.
