摘要
目的 :利用计算机技术在图象和数据处理方面的优势 ,扩大立体定向手术临床应用范围 ,提高立体定向手术的安全性、准确性和实用性。方法 :以“BH”机器人定向系统为基础 ,以CT影像技术为引导方法 ,对颅内占位性病变为主的 6类疾病进行不同方式的立体定向手术。结果 :顺利成功地开展了 42例 5 0次立体定向手术 ,手术成功率 10 0 % ,无手术死亡 ,无并发症 ,术后近期症状好转率达 10 0 % ,病理诊断符合率为 95 %。结论 :计算机辅助定向系统设计合理 ,可操作性强 ,图象处理清晰 ,靶点选择精确 ,三维坐标数据可靠 ,手术过程简单方便 ,省时 ,安全性高 。
Objective:Using the superiorities of the computer in processing graphics and data,to exted the clinical application of the stereotactic operation and improve its safety, accuracy and practicality. Methods:Based on BH robot stereotactic system, by applying the CT graphics technology to perform stereotactic operations for six types of diseases mainly introcranial occupying lesions. Results:Have performed 50 operations of 42 cases smoothly and successfully, the success percentage of shortly postoperative improvement is up to 100% and pathological diagnosis accordance is 95%. Conclusion:The rationally designed computer aided stereotactic system excels at the serviceabelity, it can give us clear graphic processing, accurate target-choosing and the credibility of three-dimensional coordinate data. The convenience, simpleness, rapidness and high safety invest it the extensive clinical practical value.
