摘要
目的 :探索治疗胸腰椎骨折的一种新方法及手术适应症。方法 :采用AF自动复位装置对 30例胸腰椎骨折病人进行治疗 ,包括爆裂骨折和Chance骨折 ,并进行术后追踪随访。结果 :30例病人的伤椎均解剖复位 ,截瘫症状恢复迅速。结论 :选择合理的内固定是手术成功的关键 ,AF系统是一种三维复位固定的自动装置 ,它能使碎裂移位的椎体重新排列 。
Objective:Thor acolumbar fracture was common disease in the spinal fracture. To explore a new method for its treatment. Methods:Thirty patients with thoracolumbar fracture were treated with AF system. Results:All of the cases were performed by surgery with AF system for reduction and fixation. Conclusion:As a method ,AF system has simple construction, effective reduction and fixation.
