摘要 目的:通过锥形束CT(CBCT)影像分析,探讨成人骨性下颌偏斜患者牙槽骨的特征,以及与正常人群牙槽骨厚度的差异,为正畸临床治疗提供参考。方法:选择正畸治疗前成人骨性下颌偏斜患者及个别正常成人各20例,通过CBCT获得颅颌面影像,测量两侧上下颌的牙槽骨厚度,进行统计学分析。结果:实验组偏斜侧上颌尖牙腭侧及根尖区牙槽骨厚度均小于偏斜对侧(P<0.05),偏斜侧与偏斜对侧前牙、后牙牙槽骨厚度测量值均小于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论:成人骨性下颌偏斜患者牙槽骨较正常人群菲薄,提示在正畸治疗中警惕牙槽骨吸收。 Objective: To study the characteristics of alveolar bone in adult patients with skeletal craniofacial asymmetry by cone- beam computed tomography(CBCT). Methods: 20 adult patients with skeletal craniofacial asymmetry and 20 cases with normal oc- clusion were included. Alveolar bone thickness in both upper and lower jaws were measured by CBCT. Data were statistically ana- lysed. Results: The alveolar bone thickness of the deviation side of palatal and apical canine area was less than that of the contralater- al side(P 〈 0.05 ), the alveolar bone thickness in both anterior and posterior teeth area of the deviation side and the contralateral side in the patients were less than that of the normal controls( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: The alveolar bone thickness of adult patients with skeletal craniofacial asymmetry is less than that of the normal population, attention should be paid during orthodontic treatment.
