摘要
目的 :探寻新的抗白血病药物。方法 :采用 MTT法 ,以柔红霉素 ( DNR)、阿糖胞苷 ( Ara- C)和羟基脲作对照 ,了解莪术注射液对 K562细胞增殖抑制作用 ;通过流式细胞仪检测和 DNA凝胶电泳 ,观察莪术注射液诱导 K562细胞凋亡的情况。结果 :莪术注射液对 K562细胞不仅具有强大的增殖抑制作用 ,功效明显强于对照 DNR、Ara- C和羟基脲 ;而它更主要的作用是诱导 K562细胞凋亡。结论 :莪术注射液可抑制 K562细胞增殖更诱导其凋亡 。
Objective:To look for a new antileukemia drug.Methods:By using MTT colormetric assay,the inhibiting effect of injectio rhizoma curcumae on the chronic myeloid leukemia(CML) cells line K562,and compared it to that of daunorubicinum (DNR),cytarabini(Ara C)and hydroxycarbamide.The apoptosis of K562 cells induced by injectio rhizoma curcumae was also detected by means of flow cytometry and the gel electrophoresis of DNA.Results:The results showed that injectio rhizoma curcumae inhibited the proliferation of K562 cells greatly and dose dependently,which was stronger than DNR,Ara C and hydroxycarbamide as compared to each of them,and mainly induced the apoptosis of K562 cells.Conclusions:Injectio rhizoma curcumae could inhibit the proliferation and induce the apoptosis of K562 cells,and could be considered as a new and effective antileukemia drug.
