肾康胶囊治疗慢性肾功能衰竭临床与实验研究

Clinical and experimental studies of Shenkang Capsule on chronic renal failure

目的 :探讨中药肾康胶囊治疗慢性肾衰的疗效及机理。方法 :慢性肾衰患者 60例随机分为肾康胶囊加补肾健脾汤 (治疗组 )及单用补肾健脾汤 (对照组 )两组 ,每组 30例 ,观察肾功能及肾小管标志蛋白 ,及肾康胶囊对大鼠慢性肾衰模型肾间质的作用。结果 :治疗组疗效 83.3%明显高于对照组 ,P<0 .0 1。肾间质损害细胞浸润、系膜细胞及基质增生均明显比对照组轻 ,尿 β2 - MG、RBP、NAG及血 BUN、SCr均明显低于对照组 ( P<0 .0 1～ 0 .0 5)。结论 :肾康胶囊对慢性肾衰肾功能有明显改善作用 。

Objective:To explore the curative effect and mechanism of Shenkang capsule in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods:60 chronic renal failure cases were divided at random into two groups:Group one (30 cases)treated with Shenkang capsule and Bushenjianpi Decoction and group two(30 cases)treated only with Bushenjianpi Decoction.Observations were made on the renal function and renal tubules protein.Results:The curative effect of group one was better than that of group two( P <0.01)with less renal damage.The levels of β 2 MG,RBP and NAG in the urine and the levels of BUN and SCr in the blood were all much lower in group one than in group two.Conclusions:Shenkang capsule was effective in treating chronic renal failure by possibly lessening the renal damage.
