高血压患者红细胞分布宽度及直接胆红素与心房颤动的关系 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨高血压患者红细胞分布宽度(RDW)及直接胆红素(D-BIL)与心房颤动(房颤)的关系及其临床意义。方法连续入选因高血压合并阵发房颤在心脏科住院的患者40例作为房颤组,选择年龄、性别匹配的高血压不伴房颤患者40例作为对照组,记录2组患者的年龄、性别、合并心血管疾病、实验室指标、心脏超声结果,应用多元Logistic回归分析房颤发生的危险因素。结果房颤组患者RDW、D-BIL、尿酸及左房直径均高于对照组,左室射血分数低于对照组(P<0.05),Logistic回归分析显示D-BIL和左房直径为房颤发生的独立危险因素。结论高血压患者阵发房颤的发生与D-BIL升高有关,其具体机制有待进一步研究。
