摘要 采用机械合金化技术制备球磨TiB2-50Ni金属陶瓷复合粉末,通过超音速火焰喷涂技术制备TiB2-50Ni涂层,研究不同球磨时间得到TiB2-50Ni粉末的显微组织和物相,研究TiB2-50Ni涂层的显微组织、物相结构、孔隙率和硬度。结果表明,随着球磨时间的延长,陶瓷相TiB2逐渐破碎,黏结相Ni变形严重,且TiB2包覆在Ni表面的含量增加;粉末与涂层的主要物相为TiB2和Ni相,涂层组织致密,孔隙率低,平均硬度值为(597.9±36.1)HV0.3。 TiB2 50Ni cermet composite powders were fabricated by mechanical alloying,and TiB2 50Ni coating was prepared by high velocity oxygen fuel method. The microstructure of TiB2 50Ni powders and coating was examined by scanning electron microscopy,and phase composition was investigated by means of X ray diffraction,the porosity and microhardness of coating were also investigated. The results show that with the milling time prolonging,size of TiB2 gradually decreases,binder phase Ni deforms seriously,and the content of TiB2coated on binder phase Ni surface increases. The main phase components of TiB2 50Ni powder and coating are TiB2 and Ni,and coating has dense microstructure and low porosity,the average hardness of TiB2 50Ni coating is(597.9±36.1)HV0.3.
