镁合金圆环约束镦粗过程的形变均匀性数值仿真研究 被引量:1

摘要 引入形变均匀性因子和坯料结构参数,借助数值仿真技术进行AZ91D镁合金圆环约束镦粗过程中坯料结构参数、变形工艺参数与形变均匀性的相关性研究。结果表明,AZ91D镁合金圆环约束镦粗过程中形变均匀性随变形温度的升高呈增大趋势,随变形程度、变形速率及结构参数的增大呈减小趋势。 Deformation homogeneity of AZ91D magnesium alloy ring billet during constraint upsetting was studied by introducing deformation homogeneity factor and billet structure parameters and using numerical simulation method. The results show that with the increase of deformation temperature,the deformation homogeneity factor becomes smaller. Along with the increase of deformation amount,deformation rate and structure parameters of the billet,the deformation homogeneity factor increases.
