一种计算碳纤维复合材料工件性能指标的方法 被引量:1

A method to obtain the performance index of carbon fiber composite material workpiece

摘要 基于碳纤维复合材料工件存在的性能不均匀性,以复合材料工件的拉伸强度为例,在工件上设置多个部位多个采样点,通过不同部位点对工件总体拉伸强度影响系数不同,创建整个工件拉伸强度的计算公式,求得代表该工件的拉伸强度值为855.39MPa。结果表明,采用此法解决了由于碳纤维复合材料不均匀性带来的计算难题,能较精确地计算出工件的性能指标。 The method was based on that the carbon fiber composite material workpiece has properties inhomogeneity. Taking the tensile strength of composite material workpiece as an example,setting different parts and different sample sites on the workpiece,then calculating the influence coefficients of each part on the workpiece,the entire workpiece performance index formula was created,the tensile strength of the performance index was 855.39 MPa. The results show that the method can solve the problem resulting from material inhomogeneity,and the workpiece performance index can be accurately obtained.
