摘要
采用自制宝珠覆膜砂,应用选择性激光烧结(SLS)法成形出系列"8"字试样,然后在不同填充方式和温度下对SLS试样进行加热烘烤。测试试样的拉伸强度和1000℃下的发气量,并利用电子显微镜观察断口形貌。最后得到了覆膜砂烧结件最优的后处理工艺,即填充玻璃微珠,烘烤温度200℃。得到的材料抗拉强度最大为6.28MPa,发气量最小为18.43ml/g,能很好满足浇铸要求。
The series of "8" specimens were made of pearl coated sand by selective laser sintering (SLS). The specimens were strengthened by post-curing process with different packing materials and heating temperatures. Finally, the tensile strength and gas evolution at 1000℃ were measured. The fi'actures were observed by SEM. Packing glass bead and heating at 200℃ is the best post-curing process,which can make the tensile strength reach 6.28MPa and the gas evolution reach 18.43ml/g, which can meet the requirement of molds and cores well. The curing characteristics were investigated.
