摘要 设计了倾斜板—超声凝固复合处理工艺试验方案,研究了三种工艺参数对半固态组织的影响。运用正交试验法对实验方案进行了优化,获得了制备高性能的超细晶半固态材料的成形工艺:浇注温度为685℃、铸型预热温度为30℃、倾斜板预热温度为150℃。该工艺制备的试样组织与性能最佳。 The experiment scheme of compound processing technology (the inclined plate process and the ultrasonic solidification) was designed. The influences of three kinds of process parameters on the semi-solid microstructure were studied. The experiment scheme was optimized by orthogonal experimental method, and the forming process for preparing semi-solid materials with high properties of ultra-fine grain was obtained. The pouring temperature is 685 ℃ ; the preheating temperature is 30℃ ; the inclined plate preheating temperature is 150℃. The microstructure and mechanical property of specimens prepared in this process is the best.
