温度对H62黄铜连续挤压成形性能的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对H62黄铜变形抗力大、模具磨损严重的问题,对在室温、250、450℃条件下连续挤压产品的组织性能进行了分析。结果表明,随着温度的升高,压实轮载荷显著降低,晶粒更加均匀细小,硬度、抗拉强度和伸长率提高,且在温度为250℃左右时产品的各项性能变化更为显著;随着连续挤压产品性能的提高,模具磨损减小。 Aiming at the problems of H62 brass billet with a high deformation resistance and serious wear of the die, the microstructure and properties of continuous extrusion product were analyzed, the extrusion temperature of which was at room temperature, 250 ℃ and 450 ℃ respectively. The results show that: with the increase of the temperature, the load of guide roller decreases obviously, the grain size becomes more uniform and refined, hardness, tensile strength and elongation of the products increase. And the properties of products change obviously around the temperature 250℃. The wear of the die decreases with the improving of products properties during continuous extrusion.
