摘要
建立了半固态挤压铸造电机鼠笼转子三维网格模型。运用数值模拟软件Anycasting对试制产品进行了挤压铸造充型过程和凝固过程的数值模拟。通过分析缺陷情况,对工艺参数进行了优化。结果表明,在模具温度220℃,浇注温度595℃,压射速度0.3m/s条件下,能够获得最佳质量的电机鼠笼转子铸件。
3D mesh model of semi-solid squeeze casting for electric motor squirrel cage rotor was built. The filling and solidification processes of squeeze casting for the trial product were simulated with Anycasting the numerical software. Through analyzing the defects, the process parameters were optimized. The results show that the best quality of electric motor squirrel cage rotor castings can be obtained under conditions of mould temperature 220℃, pouring temperature 595℃ and squeezing speed 0.3 m/s.
