摘要
AP1000压水堆核电机组是当今世界上最先进的第三代核电技术,C型钢为其冷却水塔结构支架。通过工模具、变形、加热、玻璃润滑等方面的工艺创新,采用卧式挤压机成功将材质为TP304L、直径为准277mm的锻坯挤压成型为C型钢。经检测,C型钢产品尺寸和力学性能均达到了设计要求,并应用于我国AP1000核电站。
AP1000 nuclear power station is the advanced third generation nuclear technology in the world, and C-shape steel is used as structural trestle of its cooling water tower. Through the process innovation of die design, deformation, heating, glass lubrication and other aspects, TP304L billet with diameter of 277mm was successfully extruded into C-shape steel with horizontal extrusion machine. Product dimensions and mechanical properties of C-shape steel meet the design requirements after examination, and it's applied to the AP1000 nuclear power station in China.
