热轧历程对MGH754合金板材组织与性能的影响

摘要 通过扫描电镜成像系统与光学显微镜分析研究了不同热轧历程对MGH754合金板材组织衍变和性能的影响。研究表明:MGH754合金板材动态再结晶的晶粒大小随着热轧温度的升高而增加;低温后,MGH754合金板材显微硬度很高,说明合金内部仍旧存在高的位错密度。初轧温度为1150℃,终轧温度为1050℃时,合金退火未发生完全的二次再结晶。 The effect of different hot-rolling histories on microstructure and mechanical properties of hot-rolled MGH754 alloy plate was investigated by using image-forming system of scanning electron microscopy and optical microscopy. The results show that: the sizes of the dynamically-recrystallized grains grow with the increasing of hot-rolling temperature. The mcrohardness of alloy plate is very high after low temperature rolling, which explaines that the interior in the alloy still has high dislocation density. When the primary temperature of hot-rolling is 1150℃ and the finishing temperature of hot-rolling is 1050℃, the alloy plate does not produce full secondary-recrystallization after high temperature annealing.
