摘要
针对航空斜齿轮螺旋角造成锻造成形充填不满及脱模困难的问题,设计了闭式浮动凹模的斜齿轮锻造模具;合理地设计了轴承式凹模结构,使锻件能够顺利脱模;增加了套筒飞边槽结构,以避免横向飞边的产生和减少纵向毛刺。
Aiming at the problems of incomplete filling and demoulding caused the helix angle for aviation helical gear in the forming process of the helical gear forging, the floating concave die structure for helical gear forging die was designed. The bearing die structure was reasonably designed to make forgings demoulding smoothly. The sleeve flash tank structure was increased to avoid the generation of horizontal flash and reduce longitudinal burrs
