摘要
通过ABAQUS软件建立了一个Q345材料的摩擦叠焊焊接过程的二维有限元模型。在abaqus/standard中采用手动重划分及计算结果映射方法,有效地解决了由于塞棒的非线性大变形引起的收敛困难问题。通过将真实焊接试件的飞边形态与仿真计算结果的对比,证明了网格重划分及结果映射技术在摩擦叠焊单元成型过程仿真中应用的合理性和正确性。
A two-dimensional finite element model for Q235 steel friction stitch welding process was established by ABAQUS software. In Abaqus/standard, the manual remesh and results mapping method can be used to solve the convergence difficulty caused by the nonlinear large deformation. The contrast of the flash shape between real welding and calculation can prove that, the remesh and results mapping technology used in the friction stitch welding simulation process are correct and reasonable.
