摘要
通过对高强度盘螺伸长率不合格试样的宏观成分、拉伸断口形貌、夹杂物形貌及成分和金相组织精心研究,得出夹杂物、芯部出现异常组织和基圆组织不均匀等引起了盘螺伸长率不合格。减少铁水硫含量,通过吹氩促进夹杂物上浮、均匀钢水成分,改善冷床通风条件,有助于提高盘螺性能,确保伸长率满足国标要求。
The unqualified samples of high strength coiled reinforced bar on elongation were researched. By macroscopic composition, tensile fracture morphology, inclusion morphology and metaUographic structure, it can be concluded that the inclusion, the abnormal structure in cores and the heterogeneous base circle microstructure can cause the elongation of coiled reinforced bar unqualified. Reducing the sulfur content in molten iron, promoting the inclusion floatation and balancing steel components by argon stirring and improving the cooling bed ventilation conditions can improve the performance of coiled reinforced bar, ensure the elongation which can meet the national standard.
