摘要
锥齿轮精密锻造技术在生产中有着广泛应用,然而其锻模的早期失效问题一直未能得到解决。导致锥齿轮锻模早期失效的因素很多。以行星齿轮为例,阐述并分析了其精锻模具的变形失效、疲劳失效、磨损失效等主要失效形式,并提出解决措施,以提高模具的使用寿命。
Bevel gear precision forging technology has a broad application in production. However, the early failure of the forging die has still not been solved. There are many factors caused bevel gear forging die early failure. Taking the planetary gear as an example ,the main failure forms of planetary gear forging die such as deformation ,fatigue and wear failure were expounded and analyzed. And some solving measures were put forward to increase the service life of die.
