Ⅱ型糖尿病患者中医辨证分型与垂体—肾上腺轴激素的关系研究

Studies on the Relationship Between Chinese Traditional Medicinal Differential Symptom - complex (Zheng) Types and Pituitary - Adrenal Axis Hormone Levels in NIDDM Patients

目的：旨在探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病患者中医辨证分型与垂体－肾上腺轴激素的关系。方法：对５５ 例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者体内的ＡＣＴＨ及ＣＯＲ变化进行了观察。结果：阴虚热盛型ＡＣＴＨ及ＣＯＲ水平最高，气阴 两虚型次之，阴阳两虚型最低。结论：三种不同证型之间进行比较均有明显差异。

Objective To investigate the relationship between the traditional Chinese medicinal differenti- ation types (various Zheng or symptom - complex) and the pituitary - adrenal axis hormone levels in NIDDM pa- tients. Methods Changes in levels of ACTH and COR were Studied in 55 NIDDM patients. Results ACTH and COR levels were highest in Yin - deficiency with Heat - excess type and lowest in Yin - Yang both deficiency type, with the Qi - Yin both deficiency type in - between. Conclusions Significant differences existed in the hormone levels of the three Zheng types.
