组合式钢板张力带钢丝固定治疗肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折并骨不连

Treatment of Nonunion in Humeral Transcondyl Comminuted Fraeture Fixed by Combined Steel Plate and Tonobelt Steel Wire

目的 :探讨外伤性成人肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折并骨不连治疗的难题。方法 :用组合式钢板张力带钢丝固定治疗成人肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折并骨不连 43例。结果 :随访 14～ 48个月 ,效果满意。根据门氏疗效评定标准评价结果 :优18例 ,良 2 2例 ,劣 3例。结论 :该组合式钢板张力带钢丝内固定 ,其方法简单、创伤小、组合结构合理 ,符合力学原理。术后可早期功能锻炼 。

Objective:To inquire into the problems in treatment of adult nonunion with traumatic comminuted humeral fracture of Transcondyl.Method:43 cases of adult nonunion with comminuted humeral transcondyl fracture were fixed with combined steel plate and tonobelt steel wire.Result:After follow up for 14～18 months,curative effect was satisfactory.According to Men's evaluating standard of curative effect,the result was estimated as follows:18 cases were excellent,22cases good and 3 cases poor.Conclusion:The method of internal fixated with combined steel plate and tonobelt steel wire is simple;its combined structure is rational and compatible with mechanical principle.After operation,functional trial can be done early.It is suitable to treat nonunion of comminuted humeral transcondyl fracture.
